Upright narrowly pyramidal form, straight trunk and silvery bark. The leaves to 2 3" x 1 2", emerge bronze to red turning deep green as weather warms. Evergreen, save for occasional periods in early spring when leaves are emerging. Drought tolerant though extra summer moisture will push growth. Excellent urban tree.
